TestWorks is a testing system created for Target corporation employees. The software provides components for test creation, data analysis and test presentation to learners. The goal was to provide an easy-to-use yet powerful testing system to support managers who don't have time to devote to "testing theory".

Questions can be randomized or not. Learners can be allowed to answer the test items in any order, and a test review is available. Test questions can be reused across multiple exams, and different graphic 'looks' to the testing system are available.

The TestWorks system provides six question types:

1. true/false
2. multiple choice
3. multiple select
4. matching
5. sequencing
6. short answer entry
