Step 2b - Identify Entrants

This section of your TRAP-ITÔ PLANNER is the Entrant identification module.  In this section you will document the people that enter your facility by individual or group name.  This is an easy process using the information you developed in the previous observation step.  Simply click on the “Add new entrant” tab to list a new individual or group. 

To add an Entrant, select from the series of drop down lists and complete the text boxes present in Step 2b.   To edit existing Entrant information, click on the “Edit selected entrant” tab and modify the appropriate information box. 

When am I done with this step?

You have completed this section when you have listed all your facility Entrants and defined them by completing the required data fields.

Adding Entrants

To create new Entrants, start by filling in the three required fields and the optional 'Description' field if you wish.  TRAP-ITÔ also includes the ability to attach up to three photographs to any Entrant.  Just click the 'Import' button.

After completing the information for an Entrant, click the Save button.

 

Class:

Click the down arrow, and select a Class.

Entrant is:          Indicate whether the Entrant is an individual or a group.
Name: Enter the name of the individual or group
Description: You may optionally enter a description to describe the Entrant.
            Clicking the import button allows
                           JPEG photographs to be imported


      The 'Camera' button provides the  
                           ability to use the attached camera
                           to acquire photographs. Just click
                           the button and follow the onscreen
                           instructions.
To zoom a photograph, click on it, and a new window will open with the enlarged picture displayed.



If you would like to delete the picture, click the 'Remove this photograph' button.


To close the zoom window, click the 'Close the window' button.


 
After all the information for a new contact has been entered, click the 'Save' button to permanently store the data.




Editing Entrant Information
 

   Select an Entrant if you wish to change or supplement any of the   
   Entrants information, or if you would like to delete the Entrant.

          Clicking the 'Delete' button will permanently delete an Entrant.
After you finish your edits, click the 'Update' button to record your changes.
