
In this
step you will develop a strategy to defend your food
products against the THREAT of tampering.
You will
first accumulate information about your facility to
be used in the planning process. You will be
prompted to survey your facility to:
1. Identify
all the unsecured food TARGETS that are exposed to
direct contact with people and not contained in
tamper-evident packaging.
2. Map
the locations of access points into areas that
contain unsecured food TARGETS.
Once you
have accumulated the necessary background
information, you will be instructed to work with a
security professional to determine the most
effective food product security strategy to protect
your unsecured food TARGETS. |
