Step
5 is your opportunity to customize your TRAP-ITÔ
Food Product Security Plan. The Plan will
serve as your documentation that your
company/facility has developed a strategy for
keeping Products, Brand, Customers, and
Consumers safe and secure. The plan will
contain specific details of your facility's food
security program.
You
can review a computer-generated draft of your
Food Product Security Plan by going to the
bottom of the page and tapping on the
“Generate a draft of your Food Product Security
Plan” button, or you can export your plan to
your “Flash Drive” for printing.
Your
Food Product Security Plan has been organized
into two distinct parts:
Part
I Chapters 1-10 –
Non-confidential
This section consists of a declaration page, and
10 chapters that offer a general description of
what is contained in the Food Product Security
Plan, without the confidential details.
Chapters 1-9 are auto-generated by the TRAP-ITÔ
Security Planner. Chapter 10 is entitled
Supplemental Security Issues and has an optional
input function. The Chapter 10 box has an
“additional attachment” feature that allows you
to add additional report text. This
section is used to introduce additional
confidential attachments that you want to add to
the Plan.
Part
II Attachments - Confidential
The Plan attachments are where the specific
details of your security plan reside, and are to
be kept confidential. Attachments 1-4 are
auto-generated from your inputs into the TRAP-ITÔ
PLANNER and can only be changed by amending the
inputs in Steps 1-4. Attachments 5-9 have
generic text available for your use, or you have
the option of generating your own text in these
sections. In addition to Attachments 1-9
recommended by the TRAP-ITÔ
PLANNER, you have the option to add additional
Attachments by inserting PDF files into the
“Additional Attachments” section of the Planner.
As you add attachments, you can create
introduction text in Chapter 10 of Part I using
the Supplemental Security Issues self write
feature.
When am I done with this step?
